RESERVATION
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday, for both lunch and dinner.

You can choose the Boury menu both at lunch and dinner. Lunch is only served at noon (not on public holidays), and you can also choose from the à la carte menu, except on Friday and Saturday evenings and public holidays.

For both our kitchen and service teams, it is greatly appreciated to be informed in advance of any allergies or dietary preferences. We kindly ask that you provide us with this information when making your reservation. Due to the complexity of the menu, we regret that we are unable to offer a vegan alternative.

Credit Card Authorization
Every reservation must be confirmed with a credit card. Upon confirmation, a deposit of €200 per person will be held on your credit card. Please note, this is not a payment, and no money will be deducted from your account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a table without a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, we kindly ask you to contact us so we can complete the reservation over the phone. You will then receive a deposit invoice to confirm your reservation.
Reservation Terms
From the first day of each month, you can make reservations for up to three months ahead. For example, starting from July 1st, you can book until the end of October.

Opening Hours
We are pleased to welcome you for lunch between 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM, and for dinner between 7:00 PM and 7:45 PM. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests before these times.
After dinner and coffee, you may enjoy a final drink before we close. For lunch, this is until 5:00 PM, and in the evening, until 1:00 AM. This allows us to greet you with enthusiasm and motivation each day.

Cancellation
We greatly appreciate when a cancellation is communicated in a timely manner. By making a reservation, you agree to our terms and conditions.
(Cancelled) bookings up to 7 days before the reservation date are free of charge; after this period, €200 per person will be charged. The guest room cannot be cancelled from 7 days prior to the reservation date and will be fully charged if cancelled.

Group Reservations
For group reservations (from 10 people), a deposit will be invoiced. The cancellation cost is calculated as follows:

Between 14 and 0 days before the reservation date: 100% of the invoiced deposit

Between 31 and 14 days before the reservation date: 50% of the invoiced deposit

More than 1 month before the reservation date: free cancellation

Dress Code
There is no formal dress code, but we kindly appreciate if you consider the special experience we offer.
​
Overnight Stay
Should you wish to stay the night before or after your reservation, we offer the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening in 'Caspium by Boury', our own guest rooms.
​
Parking
Parking is available on our private parking lot. While we have ample spaces, there may be times when the parking lot is full. Not to worry, free parking is available across the street and in nearby streets.

Public Transport
The restaurant is located 1.6 km from the train station.
